Great bundle but not for the total begginner  |

This is a great set of software. 3D Games Studio is the most powerful of the tools and is also the easiest to use. You can create great games without knowing a single line of code. Visual C++ is another powerful piece of software but is a lot harder to get used to and the help files arent all that good. The Direct X libraries go hand in hand with Visual C++ and are a useful utility. The value for money of this site is astounding as I would expect to pay that for any of the pieces of software alone. All in all a good buy but not for the absolute beginner.

What a screen life dont get any better than playing games while in a jam on the M6. With the battery pack now available you can even play it on the plane. PROS=Great picture, Super sound, easy to set up and a cigarette lighter adaptor. CONS=Cigarette lighter adaptor can blow your cars fuse.

Available from Amazon.co.uk, this tidy looking piece of kit fitted onto my consule within seconds of coming out of its package. Two thumb screw bolts allow the user to connect the screen without having to hunt around for a screwdriver. Once securly fitted the screen looks the part and compliments the consul so well it might be mistaken for an original part. Lead connection is standard and straightforward. The sound, graphics, and screen resolution are so good that it does not take players long to forget they are viewing their play on this excellant 5" screen. In the car, with the ciggy lighter power adaptor - nice light grey and long lead - plugged in the Thrustmaster XL PsOne offers hours of pleasure whilst the oldies admire the countryside and the queues of traffic ahead. A note of warning, use headphones or the oldie in the drivers seat might just leave you standing at the roadside. If you dont have one get one now, you will not regret it.
